We are moving

After spending 45 years in the same place,
It is now time to move, the decision was made.
We are moving into the new house,
my parents, my kids and my spouse.

The new house is located near the old place.
However we now have a larger space.
My son also has a chance to have his own pet.
He wants to have a hedgehog, an animal I’ve never met.

Having her own room, I can see my daughter’s delight.
Problem of sharing bathroom is solved, there is no more fight.
My wife has a better space for her kitchen.
Cooking is her favourite activity, she does it quite often.

Although we have a new house, we still live together.
Right now we couldn’t be any happier.
House is a building but home is a state of mind.
As long as we live together happily, we are being just fine.
