Happy Valentine’s Day

26 years ago I met this wonderful girl,
and my life has never been the same.
She just changed my whole world,
right at the moment she came.

I remembered the first word she talked to me.
I even remembered how she dressed.
That word was ‘sawadee ka’, or saying hello you see.
That was short but I was so impressed.

I learned statistics when I studied engineering.
I knew what the meaning of ‘probability’ was
I thought of her every day, morning until evening.
I knew my chance was very slim, of course.

Twenty six years went by,
She is now my wonderful wife.
I often look at the sky,
thank you for bringing her to my life.

Today is our 25th Valentines’day.
This is what I want to do.
I just really want to say
‘I will always love you’.
