Which animal do I like the most?

I am trying to figure it out,
what animal I much care about.
I know I like a dog.
Or perhaps it might be a fox.

I then went to ask my wife.
She just shook her head and said good night.
I then asked my son.
He said that a hedgehog should be fun.

How about you? I asked my daughter.
“Penguin” was her answer.
This is a hard question for me.
Perhaps you can give me an advice what my animal should be.
