Monday

If you are still working,
you will relate to what I am saying.
Monday for most people is the worst day of the week.
The day that your negative emotion is at peak.

Why do most people hate Monday?
It is simply because they hate their work I would say.
If they like their work a lot.
Monday will be the day that is most sought.

So I would propose the new way to measure employee engagement in workplace.
Asking them how they like their Mondays is the best.
For me, Monday is such a beautiful day.
Except when Manchester United lost when they played!
